Planet reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, including if Planet reasonably believes these Terms have been violated.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content available through the Site and Services—including the overall design and presentation, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, icons, software, editorial content, notices, and other materials (“Content”)—is owned by Planet Home Lending, LLC or by third parties that have licensed content or technology to Planet. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or authorized in writing by Planet, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content. Third‑party names, trademarks, service marks, logos, and graphics that may appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with Planet.
Planet grants you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive license to access and use the Site and Services for only personal, non‑commercial purposes. Any resale, distribution, public display, or other commercial use of the Site or Services content requires prior written consent from Planet Home Lending, LLC.
Submission License
By submitting content to Planet or participating in testimonials, reviews, surveys, or other interactions with the Site or Services, you grant Planet Home Lending, LLC, its affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensees (collectively, “Authorized Parties”) a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:

· Use your name, image, likeness, voice, and other identifying characteristics included in Your Materials (“Likeness”).
This license applies in all formats and media, whether now known or later developed, and may be used for marketing, advertising, educational, promotional, or other lawful business purposes. For clarity, any use of testimonials, endorsements, or similar materials will comply with applicable federal and state consumer financial and advertising laws, including the Truth in Lending Act, the Mortgage Acts and Practices Advertising Rule, and applicable Federal Trade Commission guidance.
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise have the necessary rights to grant this license and that Your Materials do not infringe the rights of any third party.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planet and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of—or inability to use—the Site or Services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to the Site. Continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
