Languages other than English may be utilized as a courtesy or to enhance the customer’s loan origination experience. Planet Home Lending, LLC ("Planet") Loan Originations, including the negotiation of terms, are only conducted in English and loan origination documentation used and issued by Planet will be printed in English. Planet will not act as a translator when conducting Loan Origination transactions. If during the origination of your loan you have difficulty understanding information presented in English, you may need to contact a translator.
